Train to Busan 3 : REDEMPTION (2024) | Teaser Trailer | Zombie Movie

The teaser opens on an eerie, desolate train station at dawn. A chilling silence hangs in the air as we hear faint whispers of the past—panicked screams, train engines roaring, and the echo of rushing footsteps. The camera pans slowly over broken train cars, remnants of the original disaster that began in Busan. A title card reads: Ten years later.

Suddenly, we cut to Su-an (now an adult, played by a new actress), running through an overgrown, crumbling city. She’s no longer the scared little girl we remember from Train to Busan—now, she’s a skilled survivor, hardened by years of fighting the undead. As she dashes through abandoned buildings, evading hyper-fast zombies, a voiceover from Su-an begins: “I thought the nightmare ended on that train… but the infection never really stopped.”

Quick flashes of action reveal that the zombie virus has mutated—these new infected are stronger, faster, and smarter. We see Su-an leading a small group of survivors, including Min (a new character), a former military officer turned renegade leader, who believes there may still be hope for humanity. Their mission? Reach a hidden military compound said to be developing a cure.

As the trailer intensifies, the familiar sense of claustrophobic dread returns. The survivors board an old, armored train—the only safe passage through a heavily infected zone. Tension builds as they fight off zombies crawling onto the moving train, tearing through windows and doors in relentless pursuit. Explosions rip through the tracks as the group battles to stay alive.

In a key moment, the camera cuts to the ominous reveal of an underground lab where scientists are experimenting on both humans and zombies. Dark secrets come to light: the military may be responsible for the new mutation, and their plan for “redemption” is far more sinister than saving humanity.

The final moments show Su-an staring at a figure in the shadows—a familiar face, someone she lost years ago, but now horribly transformed by the virus. The teaser ends with a single line from her: “I’m not running anymore.”
